Full Time Pro Trainer Al HarmeyerAl is a NAVHDA senior judge and a clinic leader.† He has been training dogs for the past 25 years.  He trains and runs dogs in all levels of NAVHDA including the Invitational he also is very successful in AKC Hunt Tests.

Al Prides himself on staying calm and handling the dogs through a hunt test to a successful end.

Full Time Pro Trainer Tracy Harmeyer: 

Tracy started training dogs after meeting Steve back in 1992.  She is a NAVHDA Clinic Leader and Senior Judge and a Judge for AKC Hunt Tests.† She has trained many NAVHDA Utility dogs and has passed several Versatile Champions.  She has prepared and tested dogs in the German testing system (DK Club).  She enjoys training retrievers, NAVHDA dogs and basic obedience.  Her areas of expertise are the trained retrieve and behavioral training.† Tracy has taught well over 1,000 dogs the trained retrieve, so far in her career.† She is proud to have graduated as valedictorian of her class from the WI School of† Professional Pet Grooming.

Al & Kris Harmeyer and Steve & Tracy Harmeyer  are the owners and operators of Krystal Creek Kennels, Inc.  The kennel was founded in 1996.

Pro-Am Trainer Steve Harmeyer: 

Steve is a NAVHDA Senior Judge, a NSTRA judge and has been training dogs with his father, Al, off and on over the past 20 years.  He has run dogs in several AKC events and ran dogs in all levels of NAVHDA, including the Invitational.  He enjoys judging and running dogs in NSTRA where he has had several placements and completed a dog with a NSTRA champion title.
