German Shorthaired Pointer

Black Roan

Jett is co owned by a friend of the family and she lives with him.  She was born here and we have been involved in all of her training.  We ran her in NAVHDA Utility this year and she did really well, earning a Prize I.  She is a pretty easy dog to train and really wants to please most of the time.  Her drive and want to go gets her in trouble every once in a while!  Her pointing, retrieving and love of water came pretty naturally.  She hunts ruffed grouse in Northern WI and pheasants in IA, this year she may make it out to Kansas!  She is a nice house dog and knows when to lay and relax and when to kick it up a notch when in the field.

Liver Patched & Roan

Ritter is a very well built, well mannered dog.  He is a great companion and a terrific hunting dog.  When he is not hunting or lounging on the couch, he is out with his owner helping to manage the farm.  I met this wonderful dog when he was a puppy preparing for the NA test.  I saw him work in the field once and knew that I had to have this dog in my line!  He and his owner, Dan, earned a UT Prize II.  Dan is hooked and is planning on giving the UT test another go.  Ritter learned a lot this year and is a young dog, he is a very stable dog.  We feel so fortunate that this dog is available to us!  We kept a put from a litter we bred out of him last year and we absolutely love him!
