Heinz is a very laid back dog.  His owner, John, is a very good friend and we helped John train Heinz’s dam and we have known and helped train Heinz since he was six months old.  John comes up to Northern WI every year and hunts with us and both Heinz and his Dam do very well!  John hunts in North Dakota, Montana and guides both Heinz and his Dam in Indiana where he lives.  I have always been impressed with this dogs ease of training and love his attitude!  Heinz ran in the German Derby and received a Prize 1 with an H in nose.

Flo is  big dog in a little package (45 pounds)!  She is a firecracker in the field and loves to snuggle on the couch.  This dog possesses so much talent and it is pretty easy to talk her into using her talents in the right way!  She was so easy to teach duck searches to, just like her mother, Chloe.  After three times of working her at the duck search water she had it down and was doing prize 1 work.  She was not so cooperative as a puppy, she did great in every thing in her NA test, except swim!  It had nothing to do with love of water, it was her cooperation that needed improvement.  Our friend owns her and he really did a great job of working with this little dog, in their first UT test they earned a prize 1.  Our beloved Rock is her sire, she is out of his last straw of frozen semen.  Flo hunts in Northern Wisconsin, North Dakota and Iowa.  I am so excited to breed her!  Her last litter turned out great, we kept a male and he is doing great.  The stud dog we have selected this time is a German bred dog, see his bio below.
